Radio Network Design starts with the creation of the Initial Radio Network Design that is established on information provided by the customer, specifying the coverage and capacity requirements of the radio network. The RF engineers perform frequency planning and create CDDs for all cells in the network in order for the cells/sites to be integrated into the BSC. This service also can be delivered on a turnkey bases, which given us the overall responsibility to design the radio network. Activity included: define coverage & capacity requirements, define nominal site locations, perform field survey, prepare the complete CDD, and perform functionality test post integration & site initial tuning.
